Our community is looking for support in these difficult times. That’s why Ambetter from Sunshine Health is offering you a free program called Wellframe, an app available right on your smartphone or tablet. Wellframe connects you to support from a Health Advocate, a real person who can help with your health needs.

It’s your Health Advocate’s full-time job to help you:

• Better understand costs and insurance benefits
• Take the hassle out of healthcare
• Get easier access to health support

Ask questions on your own time

With the app, you can be in touch with your Health Advocate from wherever you are, at a time that works for you, through secure mobile messaging. You won’t have to call or wait on hold.

Find the right health resources

You can use the app to find information on virtual health appointments, ask questions about medical bills, make sure you get recommended health screenings and find guidance for things like stress management, weight loss, diet changes and more.

It’s easy and free to sign up

Ambetter from Sunshine Health offers this program to you at no charge. All you need to do is download the app and enroll in the program.

2. Open the app once it’s downloaded
3. Click “Create my account”
4. Enter the access code
